• Infrared Sauna and Remedial Massage
• There are many benefits of using massage and infrared sauna together to help improve the health of your body. Massage can help relieve pressure points in the body and help the muscles relax. Infrared Sauna penetrates deeply into your joints, muscles and tissues increasing oxygen flow and circulation.  Helping to remove impurities from your cells, specifically the cells inside our fat where our body stores waste and harmful toxins such as cholesterol and heavy metals.  This is why combining the two is a fantastic idea if you want to feel great.

• Manual Lymphatic Massage and Sequential Intermittent Compression Pump.
•  Manual lymphatic drainage (or MLD) is a gentle, yet powerful rhythmical massage treatment, designed to stimulate the circulation of lymph flow around the body. Helping to rapidly remove excess fluid, wastes and toxins, speed healing and boost the body’s natural defence (immune ) systems of a sluggish or compromised lymphatic system. Adding Sequential Intermittent Compression Pump  (SICP) therapy is an additional process of applying external pressure to the limbs to promote the circulation of blood and lymphatic fluid from the extremities of the body. In a relaxed environment.

In a relaxed environment. Combining all three therapies have very similar benefits but work differently on the body. This is why combining the all three is a awesome idea if you want the significant purposeful benifits.
